Abstract
Syndactylism is a common congenital anomaly of the hand but there are rare patients who have complete and complicated syndactyly and polydactyly on both hands.
We experienced such a rare case in a 6 year old boy. His father and siblings (except his elder sister) have syndactyly.
The authors treated this patient surgically for polydactyly and for syndactyly using rectangular dorsal flap, volar flap and zig-zag skin incision.
